SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices, systems and processes for preparing a tooth for restoration. Disclosed is dental instrumentation (180A, 180B) intended for use in the direction of cutting tool (210) for tooth structure removal from working tooth (190A). Digital model of structure of sheath (162) of cutting guide for installation around part of tooth to be treated by one or more processors is combined with preset movements of tool, which should make cutting tool, to determine final data of cutting guide, corresponding to final structure (165) of cutting guide for cutting tool direction. Digital model of configuration (168) of fixation instrument for fixation of dental instruments to tooth, adjacent to working tooth, one or more processors is combined with final data of cutting guide to determine final tool configuration data corresponding to tool (170) final configuration, for fixation with possibility of disconnection of dental instruments to adjoining tooth (169) and for direction of cutting tool with removal of tooth structure from tooth to be treated.

EFFECT: inventions allow preparing a tooth to be treated in one visit to the doctor's office and placing the restoration part on the prepared tooth.
