FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: thrust assembly for a circular stapling device comprises a solid polymer thust and a staple suture formation surface attached to the thrust base. The solid polymer thrust comprises a thrust base, a thrust shaft coming out of the thrust based, and an opening extending through the thrust shaft and thrust base. At that, the first end of the metal shaft protrudes from the opening in the thrust base and stops against the upper part of the base, and the second end of the metal shaft protrudes from the opening in the thrust shaft. The circular staple suturing device contains the following components: a handle, a thrust control, a reciprocating drive shaft coupled to the control, and a thrust assembly. The thrust assembly is coupled to the reciprocating drive shaft, the thrust assembly comprises a solid polymerthrust, comprising a base a shaft coming out of the thrust base and a staple suture formation surface attached to the thrust base. The thrust shaft comprises an opening extending through the thrust shaft and thrust base, wherein the first end of the metal shaft protrudes from the opening in the thrust base and stops against the upper part of the thrust base, and the second end of the metal shaft protrudes from the opening in the thrust shaft, and the metal shaft is attached both to the thrust shaft and to the reciprocating drive shaft. Method of thrust assembly manufacture, for which the staple suture formation surface is placed into the mould, and the thrust unit is formed by moulding together with the staple suture formation surface in the mould, while the thrust shaft is coming out of the thrust base.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility to prevent unintentional repeated actuation of the circular staple suturing device blade, increased cleanliness and safety.
