FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: composite fluid heater, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet channels formed therein for coolant current lead that provides power and is disposed within the housing at least one heating panel, the heating panel is formed by two scalloped heat transfer plates sinusoid sectional interconnected with form shaped cavities with channels filled with a composite heat-conductive, dielectric, sealing material, and the inside of each to anal axially mounted electric heating element in the form of a rod connected to the current lead.

EFFECT: increasing heat transfer efficiency, ensuring uniformity of heat transfer, low temperature of heating elements.
