FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, it can be used in heat exchange devices for heating and cooling working media. The spiral-plate heat exchanger contains plates with holes for the passage of hot and cold heat carriers, large and small gaskets between the heat-conducting plates with the formation of alternating even and odd channels for hot and cold heat carriers, pressure plates with fittings for heat carriers fixed to them, tightening pins placed on the edges of the pressure plates. The heat exchanger has heat-conducting plates and pressure plates with contours made in a spiral. Large gaskets are made in a spiral. In the diametrical planes of the holes in the heat-conducting plates, partitions are placed, one end of which is fixed to the pressure plate, and at the other end of which the tightening threaded rods are fixed, located symmetrically to axes in the fittings. Between the heat-conducting plates, there are annular spacers that are permeable to heat carriers.
EFFECT: technical result is a simplification of the design, increasing the reliability and efficiency of the device.
