SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grooved rails and may be used in the construction of tracks for rail transport facilities equipped with flanged wheels. Rail construction for rail transport facilities, provided with flanged wheels, has a rail (2) comprising a head (3) of the rail, a neck (4) of the rail and a sole (5) of the rail. The head (3) includes a rail running rail (6), a guide rail (7) and a rut chute (8) disposed therebetween. The rail (2) has a height HS, and the rut chute (8) has a depth TR that is at least 35% of the height of the HS rail. The filling profile (9) is in the rut trench (8) having a head oriented to (3) section A of the rail and oriented to the sole (5) of the rail section. The sole oriented rail section B (5) is configured for elastic deformation. Oriented to the head (3) of the rail section A has higher hardness and/or strength than oriented to the sole (5) of the rail section B.
EFFECT: invention enables the ability to prevent accidents for pedestrians and cyclists.
