FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rail joint on wooden sleepers includes a point of rail support. A point of rail support is designed for fixation in a wooden sleeper and comprises a rail pad as a support for a rail. The rail pad at both sides of the rail is fixed with fastening screws stretching through it, at the bottom has collars surrounding fastening screws and entering into accordingly arranged cavities in a wooden sleeper. The rail paid is made of plastic in the form of a flange rail pad with upward protruding flanges arranged at sides of the rail foot and its guides. The collar is arranged in the form of a ring with a slot. In the rail joint for fixation of a fastening screw in a wooden sleeper below the collar there is a dowel from plastic. A fastening screw by means of a steel spring clip tightens a rail foot via a rail pad to the point of rail support.

EFFECT: design of a non-elastic rail joint with provision of an elastic fixation of rail foot.
