SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power plants fuel supply systems, burning fossil fuel, or fuel cells. Disclosed is fossil fuel with water mixture processing device, containing fossil fuel with water mixture processing unit, containing inlet hole (36), outlet hole (38) and unit of two or more pipes (31) from non-magnetic material, having circular cross-section, different diameters and arranged concentrically, forming plurality of intermediate spaces and, thus, providing through flow channels for fossil fuel with water mixture between inlet hole (36) and outlet hole (38).
EFFECT: inner pipe (32) and outer pipe (33) are electrically connected to electric current generator (35), adapted for pulse current supply for fossil fuel with water mixture processing with electromagnetic field.
