SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the liquid fuel processing for use in an internal combustion engine, boilers, heating devices, gas turbines, or any other hydrocarbon fuel burning devices. Device comprises a processing unit for the fuel gas component increasing. Processing unit comprises inlet opening for the hydrocarbon fuel reception into the processing unit and outlet opening for the processed hydrocarbon fuel withdrawal from the processing unit and the two or more non-magnetic material tubes assembly. Two or more tubes have circular cross-section and the assembly is located between the inlet and the outlet openings. Two or more tubes have different diameters, have substantially the same lengths, are aligned by the length, and are arranged concentrically with the tubes, forming plurality of intermediate spaces, thereby providing flow channels for the hydrocarbon fuel between the inlet openings and the outlet opening. Moreover, the closest to the center tube and the furthest from the center tube are electrically connected to the electric current generator, and the electric current generator is configured to supply fluctuating current, wherein the inner tube is connected to the electric current generator one pole and the outer tube is connected to the electric current generator another pole so that thereby increase the flowing through the intermediate tank hydrocarbon fuel gas component.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the supplied for combustion fuel gas component.
