FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hepatobiliary scintigraphy is performed using Bromezid 99Tm 38 radiopharmaceutical, administered drug activity is based on 1.7-2.0 MBq per 1 kg of patient weight, intravenously, radiation exposure of 7.0 mGy (700 mrad), and the following is evaluated: maximum accumulation time (Tmax) of the radiopharmaceutical (RP), its half-life (T1/2), time it enters the intestine (Tint). Based on these data, various types of intrahepatic cholestasis (sine and ductular) are differentiated.
