FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gastroenterology, and can be used for diagnosing insufficiency of the sphincter of Oddi (SO). Based on the results of hepatobilioscintigraphy, endosonography, duodenoscopy, the main criteria for assessing the viability of CO are determined — the CO insufficiency index; conservation coefficient of the intramural part of the choledochus α; complete coverage of the cannula inserted into the bile duct by the muscular sphincter, the presence or absence of aerobility. Additional criteria are the thickness and echogenicity of the bile duct wall, the transit of radiopharmaceuticals through the intestines. Based on the criteria obtained, groups are formed with a normal state of SO and varying degrees of its insufficiency.
EFFECT: method allows to expand the possibilities of reliability and accuracy of diagnosing CO insufficiency after endoscopic papillosphincterotomy (EPST) due to the developed criteria; highly effective, minimally invasive, safe, predicts the risk of long-term complications and provides an opportunity for a differentiated approach to the treatment of this disease.
