FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical radiology, oncology, surgery, gastroenterology. 0.5-1.0 ml of Bromezida imaging agent containing 150 MBq of the isotope 99mTc is administered intravenously. The speed of movement of bile through the ducts and the speed of passage of bile through the anastomosis is determined for 60 minutes using a gamma camera detector located above the liver area. A frame is selected on the received scintigrams, where the bile labeled with the radiopharmaceutical enters the discharge loop. Two equal-volume zones of interest above and below the level of the anastomosis are determined as well as the count of pulses above these zones in a particular patient according to the original formula. A value of 1.0 corresponds to the absence of a biliodynamically significant obstacle in the passage of bile through the zone of biliodigestive anastomosis; a value of 0.001-0.99 corresponds to the presence of a biliodynamically significant obstacle in the passage of bile through the zone of biliodigestive anastomosis.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of visualization of the movement of bile along the intrahepatic bile ducts through a biliodigestive anastomosis, to determine the tactics of treatment and indications for surgical intervention.
