SUBSTANCE: rubber composition for the manufacture of acoustic coatings includes parts by weight of synthetic rubber epichlorohydrin - 70.0, -80.0; synthetic rubber, propylene oxide - 20.0-30.0; sulfur - 2.0-3.0; thiuram D - and kaptaks 2.0-3.0 - 0.5-1.5; zinc oxide - magnesium and 3.0-5.0 - 2.0-3.0; stearic acid - 1.0-1.5; active carbon black N 220 - 30.0-35.0; plasticiser - dibutyl - 3.0-5.0; softener - Industrial oil I-12A - 25.0-35.0; sorbitan monostearate technological additive - 1.0-2.0; polymer filler trans polynorbornene - 20.0-25.0.
EFFECT: invention can improve the processing properties of the moulding, to increase the effect of sonar protivogidrolokatsionny special multi-layer coating structure, made of a rubber mixture.
