FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry and can be used in the production of acoustic materials to reduce the noise levels of the acoustic fields of a protected object under water, in particular for shipbuilding facilities. Rubber mixture for the manufacture of noise-absorbing coatings based on butadiene-methyl styrene rubber SKMS-30ARK includes, by pts. wt.: sulfur – 2.8–3.2, thiazole 2MBS – 1.8–2.2, guanide F – 0.5–1.5, zinc oxide – 3.0, stearic acid – 1.0–1.5, naphtha-2 – 1.0, rosin – 1.0–1.5, technical carbon P514 – 20.0–25.0, technical carbon N220 – 40.0–45.0, corundum microspheres HCM-L – 3.0–5.0, SEVA 11808-3400 – 10.0–15.0, trans-polynorbornene – 20.0–30.0, dibutyl phthalate – 5.0–10.0, industrial oil I-12A – 25.0–30.0, gepsol HKP – 1.0–1.5, N-nitrosodiphenylamine – 1.0.
EFFECT: invention provides improved technological properties in the molding of a polymeric material for the manufacture of acoustic plates with improved sonar properties and improved dynamic characteristics.
