FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry and can be used in the production of hydroacoustic composite coatings, the use of which reduces the noise and sonar acoustic fields of the protected object located in air and in water when exposed to hydraulic pressure. A rubber mixture is described that contains chlorobutyl rubber HBK-139, butadiene-α-methyl styrene rubber SKMS-30ARK, butadiene-nitrile rubber SKN-4060/NBR, savylene 11808-340, sulfur, 2-mercaptobenztiazole, thiuram D, hepsol HPK, zinc oxide, stearic acid, rosin, technological additive CD-12, kavantox 3 PPD-F, basalt fiber, carbon black P 324, carbon black P 514, industrial oil I-12A, trans-polynorbornene, N-nitrosadiphenylamine.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the acoustic, operational and resource characteristics of products made of the rubber compound, to improve hydroacoustic coatings and means of vibroacoustic protection.
