FIELD: manufacturing of rubber products.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as the main component in construction of hydroacoustic and vibration damping coatings in shipbuilding. Proposed composite rubber mixture contains, in weight parts: 80.0-90.0 butadiene-nitrile rubber SKN 4045, 10.0-20.0 chlorobutyl rubber KhBK-139, 1.3-1.5 sulphur, 0.9-1.1 sulphonamide C, 1.5-2.0 dicumyl peroxide, 3.0-5.0 zinc oxide, 1.0-1.5 qualistrol B-70, 1.5-2.5 naphtam-2, 4.0-5.0 rosin, 4.0-5.0 hydrocarbon resin SMPlast, 50.0-60.0 technical carbon P 803, 20.0-30.0 fine natural chalk, 25.0-37.5 trans-polynorbornene, previously swollen in industrial oil I - 12A at a ratio of 1:1.5, 5.0-10.0 basalt fibre, 4.0-5.0 caprolactam, 1.5-3.0 calcium stearate, 5.0-7.0 factice, 1.5-2.0 RU modifier.
EFFECT: increase in the elastic-dissipative characteristics of products made from the proposed rubber mixture, as well as an increase in the manufacturability of the rubber mixture during calendering.
