FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing low viscous suspensions and emulsions, intended for various heat and mass exchange processes of chemical technology, in which creation of homogeneous concentration and temperature field is required in the entire volume of the mixed medium at rational power consumption. Mixer comprises a working element fixed at one end of the rod and made in the form of two domes, formed by bent blades and interconnected by flanges of domes bases. Domes are made of hollow perforated cones, there is a cylindrical perforated shell between bases of cones, inner volume of the shell is divided into two equal chambers with the help of a diagonal baffle, cones and shell perforations are made in the form of solid rectangular holes arranged along generating lines of the cones and shell, bent blades are rigidly attached to the outer edges of the large sides of the domes and shell rectangular holes, bent blades are mounted at tangent to the conical domes surfaces and sell cylindrical surface, free ends of the bent blades attached to the shell, are turned to the side of mixer rotation, free ends of the bent blades attached to domes are turned to the side opposite to the mixer rotation.
EFFECT: invention ensures higher efficiency of mixing and dispersion of fluids.
