SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the parts manufacture by the selective smelting of the powder. The device includes a container with a movable bottom plate, powder feed facilities into the container and facilities for generating and moving of the laser beam or electrons beam, designed to selectively powder melting into the containers. Wherein the device is equipped with facilities to create a tension forces in the movable plate at least in the direction parallel to the plane of the plate. The movable plate stress ensures its flatness.

EFFECT: invention extends the product range of the methods for parts manufacturing, using powder smelting.
