FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of making part out of powder relates to electrical engineering. In particular, to processing of materials and production of flat or three-dimensional items both from metal, and plastic, ceramics, metal-plastic and metal-ceramic using by means of microwave heating. Purpose is a method using heating means due to microwave radiation for sintering or fusing materials of both ceramic, plastics and metal powders. Method includes creation of microwave field with capacity of microwave radiation from 100 W to 150 MW and frequent from 1 GHz to 10 THz in volume of working chamber, depending on physical properties of powder, value, degree of accuracy and complexity of geometric shapes of the sintered part, formation of zones with high intensity of microwave radiation in the created microwave field, in which corresponding zones with high intensity of microwave radiation of the heating zone of the powder are obtained, in form of a repeating point or flat cut or a spatial image of the part, intensity of microwave radiation in these zones is sufficient for extraction of heat energy for heating of powder to its sintering temperature or fusion taking into account initial temperature of powder.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a strong accurate part of complex shape.
