FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive production of part using combined process of selective electron-beam melting and electron-beam cutting. Device comprises a vacuum working chamber, a working table, a powder supply assembly, at least one electronic beam radiation, focusing and scanning device, controller for controlling each of said devices for electron beam radiation, focusing and scanning when forming each section layer of part with provision of device operation in series in three modes, wherein first in heating mode, then in selective melting mode, and then in mode of electron-beam contour cutting. In the heating mode, the electron beam emitting, focusing and scanning device is configured to emit an electron beam which scans and heats the powder layer with provision of preliminary powder sintering. In the mode of selective fusion, the device for electron beam radiation, focusing and scanning is configured to emit an electron beam which scans and melts the powder layer so as to form a section layer of the part. In the electron-beam contour cutting mode, the electron beam emitting, focusing and scanning device is configured to emit an electron beam which scans and cuts internal and external contours of section of part at least once with provision of removal or cutting of rough edge and welded powder on contours of section layer of part.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of additive production of parts.
