SUBSTANCE: steel workpiece is obtained containing, wt %: C 0.01-0.035, Si 0.2-0.6, Mn 0.5-0.7, S 0.005-0.015, P less than 0.015, Cr 14,0-17,0, Ni 1.8 -5.5, Mo 0.45-2.2, Ti 0.01-0.04, V 0.03-0.12, Nb 0.02-0.12, N 0.1-0.25, Fe and inevitable impurities - the rest, the workpiece is heated in the range from 1200 to 1300°C, the hot-rolling of the workpiece is carried out, followed by the heat treatment by quenching from a temperature of 900-1100°C and tempering at a temperature of 400-600°C for 1 hour.

EFFECT: raised corrosion resistance of steel, while maintaining the level of strength and plasticity.
