FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there is melted steel of following composition, wt %: carbon 0.01-0.20; chromium 13.0-18.0; nickel 5.0-10.0; vanadium 3.0-6.0, molybdenum 3.0-6.0; manganese 3.0-6.0; titanium 0.1-2.0; aluminium to 0.3; silicon to 0.3; copper to 0.2; sulphur to 0.03; phosphorus to 0.03, iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest at maintaining condition: sum of vanadium and molybdenum 7.0-11.0, sum of nickel and manganese 9.0-15.0. Further, there are performed tempering, plastic deformation at cryogen temperature 220-270°C and high temperature drawing at finish stage of work pieces treatment.

EFFECT: production of steel with high strength properties, satisfactory plasticity and high resistance to cyclic loads.
