Invention can be used in vector genetic constructs for biotechnology of plants in order to endow whole plants or their parts (cells, tissues and organs) new features and properties and for biofarming in order to obtain in plants or their parts (cells, tissues and organs) recombinant proteins.

EFFECT: besides, present invention can be used in fundamental research in biology of plants with methods of direct and reverse genetics.
