FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology, namely to molecular biology and genetic engineering. As present invention DNA fragment is disclosed, providing high level of gene expression in plants and representing gene promoter of gene pro-SmAMP2 connected with its 5'-untranslated region, wherein above DNA fragment has nucleotide sequence SEC ID NO 5. Invention can be used in vector genetic constructs for biotechnology of plants in order to endow whole plants or their parts (cells, tissues and organs) new features and properties and for biofarming in order to obtain in plants or their parts (cells, tissues and organs) recombinant proteins.
EFFECT: besides, present invention can be used in fundamental research in biology of plants with methods of direct and reverse genetics.
