FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a synthetic transcriptional activator fusion protein which enhances the expression of a polynucleotide sequence of interest, comprising a DNA-binding polypeptide and a transactivation domain interaction motif polypeptide, as well as a nucleic acid molecule encoding it, and a vector comprising said nucleic acid molecule. Also disclosed is a method for increasing the expression of a polynucleotide of interest in a host cell comprising using said nucleic acid molecule.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively increase the expression of the polynucleotide of interest.
