SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry and in particular to the method of creation of transgenic plant lines that produce protein with high level of expression, comprising transformation of plants with an expression vector comprising the plasmid comprising the gene encoding β-glucuronidase, 35S promoter, nos transcription terminator. At that the transcription terminator is inserted above the promoter of the gene, which has the ability to break effectively the genomic transcripts in the plant genome and to protect effectively the expression of the transgene in the plant genome from the subsequent repressions.
EFFECT: invention enables to create transgenic plant lines that produce protein with high levels of expression.
