SUBSTANCE: hip endoprosthesis testing machine with a "metal to metal" friction couple comprises an air compressor connected to the load adapter acting on the primary adapter connected to the engine, which is connected with the turining angle position sensor, connected to the interface, which is connected to an electronic computer machine, and connected to the tribocoupling with a "metal to metal" friction couple via a series-connected analog to digital converter and an instrumentation amplifier, a current source is connected to the friction couple and through the force sensor it is connected to a base plate where a cup is fixed, against which the head fixed in the primary adapter rotates.

EFFECT: opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the dynamics of the processes occurring in the tribounit friction area, using 3 measurement channels that are synchronized with each other and jointly accepted by the interface, followed by their output and visualization on a computer that allows more objective assessment of the metal-metal friction couple surfaces quality and generation and storage of diagnostic information about their condition.
