FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of testing products of medical equipment, namely, to problem of in-process testing of hip joint endoprosthesis with metal pair of friction, whose state in the process of testing is estimated with application of electric (electroresistive) methods of diagnostics. Method of diagnostics of hip joint prostheses with metal pair of friction lies in the following: endoprosthesis is fixed in test bench, loaded with axial force, lubrication layer is formed between surfaces of endoprosthesis components and physical characteristics of superficial layer of components in friction zone are determined. Axial force is applied perpendicularly to the surface of endoprosthesis base, weak in value stable electric current is passed through friction zone of endoprosthesis, caused by current and proportional to electric resistance drop of electric voltage in friction zone is registered in form of time function, whose fluctuation parameters are used to estimate factual mode of friction in endoprosthesis. Ratio of time of lubrication layer integrity, determined by time function of resistance to total time of measurement, is used to estimate factual technical state of elements of tribointegration of endoprosthesis units in process of its testing.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of testing time, estimation of real time of contact interaction of friction surfaces, increase of power of output useful signal, its noise-immunity and in formation of objective initial diagnostic information from friction zone for further prediction of durability of hip joint endoprosthesis with metal pair of friction.
