SUBSTANCE: solid rocket motor comprising a composite body and a protective layer consisting of a heat-resistant coating and protective of the fixing layer formed releasably to reduce the stress levels occurring during operation from the front and rear ends by means of sleeves, and is provided with peeling control. The peeling control system includes a system of magnetic field sensors based on the Hall effect, detectable system, as a group of neodymium magnetic elements, as well as the electronic computer. The detectable group of neodymium magnetic elements placed on securing the protective layer in the areas of peaks separation cuff bottoms of the motor housing, which are transition zones breakout of the charge in the bonding, as well as in the middle part of the length of the solid charge.
EFFECT: invention allows for control of delamination at the boundaries of the protective layer, a protective layer, and a charge body exfoliation to simplify the control system, as well as maintain the structural integrity of the engine in detecting delaminations.
