SUBSTANCE: test methods are described, using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and quartz crystal microbalance with control energy dissipation (QCMD), which can be used for measuring the characteristics of the creping adhesive film similar to the creping adhesive film, which is created on the drying drum Yankee during production of the sanitary paper products and paper towels. The method for measuring characteristics of the creping adhesive film comprises applying the creping adhesive film on the sensor substrate, measuring the sensor substrate oscillation frequency with the creping adhesive film placed thereon, using the quartz crystal microbalance technique (QCM), and detecting characteristics of the creping adhesive film.
EFFECT: providing the characteristic prediction of the excipients to create a creping adhesive film.
