FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises the mixing chamber with windows for loading and unloading materials respectively, the rotor with the rotation actuator, configured with blades, the vibrator configured with corrugated housing and rigidly mounted in the middle of the mixing chamber. The vibrator is configured with the function of excitating two vibration fields equal by amplitude and different by frequency by means of the upper and lower crank mechanisms. Inside the vibrator housing, at the center in the horizontal plane, the disc is rigidly fixed, with the cylindrical projection made with the possibility of inserting and fixing along the internal diameter of the spring mounted with the function of free compression / uncompression in the cup, towards the upper inner part center of which the connecting rod driven by the upper crank mechanism is rigidly fixed, and towards the upper outer part center - the pusher rigidly fixed with its other end to the inner upper corrugated housing part and made with the function of excitating the oscillations from the upper vibrator housing part through the connecting rod by means of the upper crank mechanism. The disc is made with the possibility of excitating the oscillations from the central vibrator housing part by means of four pushers fixed symmetrically by their upper part to the bottom disc part, and connected by their lower part into a movable hinge assembly of the lower crank mechanism connecting rod. The vibrator housing is made as a metal corrugated shell representing a corrugated thin-wall body of rotation forming a truncated regular hexagon in the vertical plane cross-section through the points of the corrugations vertices, and made with the possibility of creating two-frequency vibration fields corresponding collectively in the shape to the corrugated contour of said body of rotation, with multidirectional vibrations.

EFFECT: possibility of creating two different frequency vibration fields for concrete mixture components to be mixed in the entire volume of the mixing chamber, which correspond collectively with the shape of the corrugated contour of the three-dimensional body of rotation forming a truncated regular hexagon in the vertical plane cross-section through the corrugations vertices points, with the simultaneous formation of multidirectional vibrations in a two-frequency range, completely excluding the presence of deaf zones in the mixing chamber, homogeneous amplitude vibration exposure distribution in the mixing chamber and qualitative intensification of the process of mixing these components as a whole.
