FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibrating mixer includes a mixing chamber with loading and unloading slots respectively, a rotor with a rotary drive, made with blades, a vibrator made with a corrugated body and rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, vibrator is configured to excite two vibration fields of the same amplitude and different frequency by upper and lower crank mechanism, a disc with a cylindrical projection is rigidly fixed inside the vibrator body in the center in the horizontal plane, able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed so that it can be freely compressed/released in a cup to which upper inner part center a rod with a drive is rigidly fixed from the upper crank mechanism, and to the center of the upper outer part - a pusher rigidly fixed by the other end to the inner upper part of the corrugated body and executed with the function of oscillations excitation given with the upper crank mechanism. The drive, whose function is to provide a uniform distribution throughout the volume of the vibration field mixing chamber from the top to the bottom of the lower housing by creating homogeneous amplitude values of the movement of each point on the external generatrix of housing corrugations, is adapted to excite oscillations from the central portion of the bottom of the vibrator housing via four pushers symmetrically upper part fixed to the bottom disk and the lower part connected in a movable hinge assembly of the lower rod of the crank mechanism. The vibrator body is made in form of metal corrugated shell representing corrugated thin-walled body of rotation, a truncated geometric figure in the vertical plane section along the points of apexes of corrugations, and consisting of equal semicircles, which extreme intersection points form regular hexagon apexes, with the possibility of creating two-frequency vibration fields corresponding in combination according to the shape of the corrugated contour of the given body of rotation with different-directed oscillations.
EFFECT: expanded range of operating means and provided high quality intensification of the mixing process.
