VIBRATION MIXER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01F11/00 B01F13/10 B01F7/18

Abstract RU 2670223 C2

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading materials respectively, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. The lower and upper vibrators are rigidly fixed in the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber in center which are made in corrugated bodies with excitation of oscillations by means of lower and upper crank mechanisms, respectively. Inside each of the housings, there are discs with guide stands centered horizontally and rigidly fixed, which function is to provide stable aimed translational rods motion from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the lower vibrator, lower crank mechanism rod, and from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber top, the guide stand of the blade rotation drive and the upper vibrator, upper crank mechanism rod, respectively. The Discs of the lower and upper vibrators are made with cylindrical projections which function is to enable inserting and fixing springs along the inner diameter installed with a function of free compression/extension in cups, which centers of inner parts are rigidly fixed to the rods, outer parts center are rigidly fixed to the pushers rigidly connected to the inner parts with the other end, which form the smallest ones of the body corrugations and made with the function of oscillation excitation from the smallest ones of the vibrator body corrugations. Four protrusions are symmetrically set on the outer cylindrical parts of the cups. The casings of the vibrators are made in the form of similar metal corrugated shells which are corrugated thin-walled rotation bodies forming complex truncated geometric figures in the cross-section of the vertical plane along the corrugations upper points consisting of equal semicircles, which end intersection points form the vertices of the regular heptagon, and configured for creating two vibrational fields of equal amplitude and different frequency, each of which correspond in the form of corrugated contour of said rotation bodies with multidirectional oscillations. Between bodies of lower and upper vibrators in the center there is a spring type vibration exciter made in the form of spring group consisting of at least two springs of different diameters which are fixed along the slots diameter, formed on the outer surface of metal corrugated shells by group of the smallest ones of the corrugations of lower and upper vibrators, and which function is to create a plurality of groups of aggregate two-frequency vibration fields, each of which corresponds to spiral-helix shape of central springs of the spring vibration exciter.

EFFECT: expanded range of operating means and provided intensification of the mixing process.
