FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer includes a mixing chamber with loading and unloading windows respectively, a rotor with a rotary drive, made with blades, a vibrator made with a corrugated body and rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, driven by a vibration drive from the crank mechanism, a disk with a guide post is rigidly fixed inside the shell of the upper vibrator in the center in the horizontal plane, the guide post is to provide for stable directed translatory motion of a stem from a sliding pair formed by the guide post of the upper mixing chamber part, the guide post of the blade rotation drive and upper vibrator stem of the upper crank mechanism, it is fitted with a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed so that it can be freely compressed/released in a cup to the center of the upper inner part of which the plunger pin is mounted, and to the center of the upper outer part - the pusher, rigidly fixed by the other end to the inner upper part of the corrugated body and executed with the function of oscillations excitation given the vibrator body. Wherein at outer cylindrical barrel portion the four projections are symmetrically secured, whose function is to transmit reciprocating motion to the disk adapted to the homogeneous distribution of the vibration field from the upper to the lower part of the housing to the place of fastening the housing upper vibrator by creating homogeneous amplitude values of the displacement of each corrugation generatrix of the housing at the time of the spring compression against the stop in the rubber gaskets, made with the function of collision cushioning of the protrusions with the disk. The vibrator casing is made as a metal corrugated shell being a corrugated thin-walled body of rotation which in the vertical plane section provide for truncated regular pentagon by corrugation peaks points, the shell is able of generating a vibration field corresponding to the corrugated contour of the said body of rotation in shape, with differently directed oscillations.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical facilities and ensuring the achievement of new properties, it is possible to realise the possibility of creating a mixer on the entire volume of the mixer mixable components of the concrete mix of the vibration field corresponding to the shape of the corrugated contour of the three-dimensional body of revolution, forming a truncated regular pentagon in the cross-section of the vertical plane along the points of the corners, with the simultaneous formation of differently directed oscillations which prevent the formation of dead zones in the mixing chamber completely, homogeneous amplitude distribution of each vibration field in the mixing chamber and qualitative intensification of mixing process for these components on the whole.
