FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing rolled steel sheet from alloy of Ti - 10,0-15,0 Al - 17,0-25,0 Nb - 2,0-4,0 V - 1,0-3,0 Mo - 0,1- 1,0 Fe - 1,0-2,0 Zr - 0,3-0,6 Si comprises forging of the ingot into a slab, mechanical treatment of the slab, multistage hot longitudinal rolling of the slab to semi-finished rolled stock, cutting of the semi-finished rolled stock into blanks, their adjustment processing, assembly into the package, the package rolling and the final adjustment processing of the sheets. Deformation of the ingot by forging into a slab is carried out in β-area at a temperature of Tpt+(120÷200)°C. In the first stage the rolling of the slab is carried out in β-area, in the penultimate stage in (α+β)-area, the final rolling to the semi-finished rolled stock is carried out in (α+β)-area. Assembly of the blanks into a package is carried out so that their rolling direction equals 90° angle relative to the rolling direction of the semi-finished rolled stock, pack rolling is carried out in (α+β)-area followed by quenching in water. Then, packet disassembly and cold rolling of each ingot with intermediate vacuum annealing are carried out.
EFFECT: rolled steel sheet has high structural and technological properties.
