SUBSTANCE: decision about the maneuver detection is accepted, if the difference ratio between the scores of the second square range increment, calculated in the "sliding window" on the two samples of the square ranges, wherein a smaller sample volume is included in the larger sample volume, and its beginning and the end are removed from the beginning and the end of the larger sample volume by an equal number of reviews, to the mean square error (MSE) of this difference definition, becomes larger than the threshold. The maneuver detector comprises a sequentially connected multiplier of the input measured distance signals, a digital nonrecursive filter from the memory unit, and a unit of the multipliers and the adder, a divider and a threshold device, and a MSE calculator connected to the second divider input.

EFFECT: increasing probability of detecting the ballistic missile maneuver.
