SUBSTANCE: device for unloading of tare containers (100, 101) filled with fruit and vegetable products (50) comprises a liquid-filled tank (1) with an open top, means (2A, 2B, 4) for controlling the tare containers positioned at a level which is significantly higher than the upper level (L) of liquid in the reservoir and designed for moving the tare containers over a certain area of the reservoir and rotation to unload their contents, means (5, 6) for collecting the product positioned at the bottom of the reservoir and partly outside it for the collection of fruit and vegetable products from the bottom of the reservoir, and it is raised to a level above the liquid surface. The device also comprises means suitable for assigning leaves (51) from the central area of the liquid surface to the surface area adjacent to a particular wall (15) of the tank, and removing them from this surface area. The mentioned means comprise a horizontal hole (16) of fluid discharge, pumps and filters for water discharged through the mentioned hole. The filter comprises a flexible band conveyer (17), is elongated, extends along a closed path and continuously moves, acts as a sieve which is positioned outside the reservoir and below the mentioned hole of fluid discharge and intercepts and filters the water and leaves falling from the mentioned hole of fluid discharge.

EFFECT: improved quality of the processed fruit and vegetable products.
