FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, in particular to a device and method for preliminary harvesting floating foods such as apples. The device comprises: a fluid-filled reservoir; a feeding device, in which during use its input side is connected to the supply channel, and the output side is located below the fluid level in the reservoir. During operation of the device the floating products are accumulated mainly in the vertical direction.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables to improve the efficiency of preliminary harvesting fruits.
