FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of dietary supplement from plant raw material implies aerobic submerged cultivation of Bacillus subtilis 8130 cellulolytic bacillus to obtain vegetative cell titer of at least 10⁹ CFU/ml, absence of spores in bacilli cells being controlled. Resulting liquid culture is mixed with plant raw material in wt %, which provides for 40-70 wt % humidity. Then, sodium bicarbonate is added to obtain pH 7.0-7.5 and solid-state fermentation is carried out for 2-4 days until final product containing total amount of bacilli cells of at least 10⁹ cells/g is obtained. Sea-buckthorn, dog rose, sunflower cake, mill offal, including rice hulls and buckwheat hulls are used as plant raw material.

EFFECT: stable digestion improvement, enhanced food digestibility and improved gain and productivity of livestock.
