FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: female rats intraperitoneally receive formaldehyde at a dose of 1-1.5 mg/kg and furosemide at a dose of 0.8-1.7 mg/kg once a week, for 2-3 weeks. Cancer is revealed after 6 months. The method provides a reliable model of the disease. Experimental animals receive 1-1.5 mg/kg of formaldehyde and 0.8-1.7 mg/kg of furasemid once a week for 2-3 weeks.
EFFECT: provision of clear cell renal cancer simulation.
