SUBSTANCE: picryl sulphonic acid is administered into a proximal cecal lumen is a dose of 0.07-0.15 mg/kg and into a sigmoid colon in a dose of 0.02-0.05 mg/kg. The dosage interval makes 45-60 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides reproducing a complex of clinical manifestations of the disease.
