FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simulation is ensured by administering serotonin into female rabbits 3-4 kg heavy. The preparation is administered intraperitoneally on the first experimental day in a dose of 50-60 mcg/kg, on the fifth day - 75-85 mcg/kg, on the tenth day - 100-115 mcg/kg, on the twentieth day - 150-170 mcg/kg and on the thirtieth day - 200-230 mcg/kg. Developing uterine fibroid is stated 3 months later.
EFFECT: simplifying the disease simulation process.
