FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing low-sulphur, low pour-point diesel fuel. Hydrotreated diesel fraction with a sulphur content of 0.001 wt % or less, is mixed with hydrogen and directed to a reactor with the top bed of isodewaxing zeolite-based catalyst and the bottom bed of hydrofinishing catalyst. The hydrofinishing catalyst contains as follows, wt %: 6.0-18.0 of nickel (with reference to NiO), 6.0-18.0 of molybdenum (with reference to MoO3) or 6.0-18.0 of tungsten (with reference to WO3) and 0-0.20 of silicone oxide, aluminium oxide - the rest. The volume ratio of isodewaxing catalyst to hydrofinishing catalyst is between 5:1 and 20:1. Isodewaxing and hydrofinishing processes are carried out at a temperature of 300-380°C, pressure of 4.0-5.5 mPa, raw material volumetric flow rate (in relation to the isodewaxing catalyst volume) of 2.0-6.0 h-1, and hydrogen/raw material ratio of 350:1-700:1 nl/l. Hydrogen-bearing gas is separated, the product of joint isodewaxing/hydrofinishing process is stabilised followed by separation of light hydrocarbons and producing the target product.

EFFECT: improved method for producing low-sulphur, low pour-point diesel fuel, resulting in high yield of the target product, containing 8 wt % or less of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
