FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the development of a catalyst for hydroisodewaxing of diesel fractions and a method of producing low-solidification diesel fuels using the developed catalyst. Catalyst for hydroisodewaxing of diesel fractions consists of a carrier containing, wt.%: amorphous aluminosilicate—5–15; zeolite of MFI or “ЦВН” type—10–20; zeolite of MTT or MEL type—20–30; aluminum oxide—balance up to 100, and nickel and molybdenum oxides deposited on the support in amount of 1.0–4.0 and 3.0–11.5%, respectively, of the weight of the support. Method of producing low-setting diesel fuel involves hydrogenation processing of diesel fractions in a reactor using layer-by-layer loading of catalysts in the direction of movement of the raw material, vol.%: hydrotreating catalyst—5–10; hydroisodewaxing catalyst—45–60; hydrotreating catalyst—the balance up to 100, wherein the disclosed catalyst is used as the hydroisodewaxing catalyst.
EFFECT: processing of diesel fraction with combination of hydrotreating, hydroisodewaxing and hydrofinishing processes in one reactor, using a catalyst for hydroisodewaxing of diesel fractions, which increases output of diesel fuel and improves its low-temperature properties.
