FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the installation into the functional cavity (FC) 2 of detonator 3 drilled output 1 with conductors 4 of the initiating impulse, blasting charge 5 and stems as a spacing breech (SB) 6 of V-type, structurally including a sleeve 7 with sliding structures 8 and 9 and placed in its cavity element 10 with wedge surfaces 11 and 12, cooperating with facing to it surfaces 13 and 14 of the sliding structures 8 and 9 of the sleeve 7. Before SB 6 installing in the process channels 15 and 16, formed in the constructive elements SB 6, place the conductors 4 of the initiating impulse with their ends taking outside FC 2 of output 1. After SB 6 entering the mouth 17 of output 1 perform its ducting along the output 1 by means of the tamping bar 18 to the specified distance and provide fixation of SB 6 in this position. To fix SB 6 in the specified position provide the sliding structures 8 and 9 wedging of the sleeve 7 by effecting on the sleeve end 7 along the output axis 1. During operation of conductors 4 placing, at least a part of these conductors 4 is placed between interfacing surfaces, at least one sliding structures 8 and 9 of the sleeve 7 and the element 10 with a wedge surface in the formed on one of the mentioned surfaces of the grooves 28. Wherein the geometric parameters of these grooves 28 is chosen from the condition of providing the free passing of the mentioned conductors 4 of the used size during the ducting operation of the spacing breech 6 and the axial fixation of the corresponding part of each conductor 4, without disturbing the integrity of its shell, in the operative position of the sliding structures 8 and 9 of the spacing breech 6 sleeve 7.

EFFECT: invention allows to provide fixation of the detonator initiating impulse flexible conductors between interfacing surfaces of intermovable constructive structures of mechanical stem.
