FIELD: mining; construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive engineering in mining industry, construction and is intended for development of rock massifs of any fortress in underground mines, not hazardous by gas or dust, design of charge retainer allows to reliably hold explosive charge in ascending boreholes and wells at manual and mechanized charging of granulated or emulsion explosives. In compliance with proposed invention, structure of charge lock housing has the following versions: for ascending wells with diameter of 64–100 mm, the charge retainer body is made in form of a hollow truncated cone with elastic lobes in an amount of not less than three, located in the end of the wide part of the body at an angle coinciding with the angle of the hollow truncated cone, which ends are bent at steeper angle, closed from opposite side by blind bottom with stops on its inner surface in amount of not less than three pieces; for ascending bore pits with diameter of 38–45 mm, the charge retainer body is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with elastic lobes in an amount of not less than three, located in the housing end at an angle to it; inside the housing in the middle there is a solid partition; for ascending bore pits with diameter of 41–43 mm, the charge retainer body is made in the form of a cylinder with a truncated cone shaped shank, inside along the body axis there is a cone hole, outside the housing in place of transition from cylinder to truncated cone there is a solid elastic cone-shaped belt, solid or divided into two or more parts.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of cheap, reliable retainer of charge of cartridged, granulated or emulsion explosives in ascending bore pits, wells of various diameters, for improvement of safety, quality and efficiency of blasting operations.
