FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for destruction of solid rocks. Board includes external bushing with two extending lengthwise jaws made with facing face surface of end face surface, and wedge arranged in sleeve. Wedge is connected with sliding lengthwise jaws by means of ratchet engagement arranged by means of shaped teeth located on outer surfaces of wedge, conjugated to inner surfaces of extending lengthwise jaws. Crosswise stiffeners are made on outer surface of extending lengthwise jaws. In the wedge there are structurally formed process channels, which are functionally means for arrangement of conductors of the initiation pulse of the detonator. On inner side of extending lengthwise jaws slots are made at an angle to longitudinal axis of external bushing. Wedge is made in the form of three-dimensional elements in the form of polyhedrons, in which surfaces forming the outer surface of the wedge are made convex. Volumetric elements are separated by air gaps and connected by connectors. End surface of external bushing is made in the form of elastic curvilinear plate, and in volume elements through holes are made.
EFFECT: invention increases explosion efficiency during blasting operations by well borehole charges by locking detonation products in charging cavity, blast wave scattering, increased time of piston pressure on the rock to be fractured for the purpose of crack formation, as well as reduction of the "oversized" output.
