SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining and is used in blasting operations. Mechanical failure for the implementation of the technology of charging the production in the form of a hole or a well in drilling and blasting operations is made in the form of a gate valve of the wedge type, which constructively includes two components: an outer sleeve with sliding longitudinal cheeks and a wedge element located in its cavity contacting their reciprocal surfaces. End face of the smaller area of the wedge element is provided with a rod member disposed along the axis of the spacer and passing through the opening in the abutment end face of the main outer sleeve with an outlet beyond it. In the embodiments of mechanical failure, additional locking elements having an opening for passage of the rod member are provided. According to the 1st variant: the wedge element is equipped with two additional wedge surfaces that are displaced in the circumferential direction relative to its main wedge surfaces, and in the cavity of the main outer sleeve there is an additional sleeve structurally identical to the main bushing that contacts the inner surfaces of the cheeks with additional wedge surfaces of the wedge element. According to the second variant: in the cavity of the outer sleeve, between its sliding longitudinal cheeks, there is an additional elastic locking device for the locking, made, for example, from rubber, which contacts the reciprocal surfaces of the wedge element and the outer sleeve. According to the third variant: in the cavity of the outer sleeve between its sliding longitudinal cheeks there is an additional locking device for locking, made in the form of an ampoule, which contacts the reciprocal surfaces of the wedge element and the outer sleeve, which is filled with a solidifying structure. Rod element of the wedge element, in all variants, passes through additional elements of the outer sleeve, while being kinematically connected to the main outer sleeve by means of a ratchet engagement of the umbrella type, the locking members of which are arranged along the length of the rod member and on the inner surface of the hole formed in the end surface of the outer sleeve with the possibility of their preliminary relative fixation before installation in the cavity of the development.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the reliability of locking the die.
