FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pipeline transport, namely to methods for compounding of oil with various physical and chemical properties, including at transportation of high-paraffin, high-viscous oil and oil with high content of sulfur. In particular, disclosed is oil compounding system, characterized by that it includes mixing unit, oil quality measurement unit, shutoff-control valves and unit for analysis and control of oil mixture quality. Mixing unit comprises an adjustable or non-adjustable static mixer, a sampler and branch pipes for measuring pressure and temperature. Sampler comprises at least five tubes, which are hydraulically connected to unit for measuring amount of oil, data from which are transmitted via information channels to analysis unit and control of mixing quality, which provides control of drives of shutoff and control valves and static mixer, when using adjustable static mixer.
EFFECT: disclosed invention provides homogeneity and stability of oil quality indicators during compounding of oils of different classes.
