FIELD: automation means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation means and can be used in pipeline transport for compounding of viscous oil flow. In the disclosed automated system for controlling the blending process, different-grade oils are fed into a mixing container and then fed to a consumer. Flow of high-viscosity oil is pumped into flow of viscous oil. High-viscosity oil pipeline is equipped with high-viscosity oil flow parameter measuring unit, flow rate meter, quality measuring unit with viscosity meter, screw or centrifugal pump unit with frequency-controlled drive (FCD). At the viscous oil pipeline there is a quality measuring unit with a viscosimeter. Pipeline for mixed oil is provided with flow meter, quality measuring unit with installed viscosimeter. Proposed system comprises control unit including controller and computers interconnected with high-viscosity oil pipeline flow meter and mixed oil pipeline flow meter with quality units at every flow. Data outputs of the high-viscosity oil flow meters and the mixed oil flow rate meters, the high-viscosity oil flow parameters measuring unit, oil quality measuring units with installed viscosimeters are connected to the control unit, data output of which acts on FCD of pump unit to control flow rate and pressure on high-viscosity oil flow line.
EFFECT: invention enables to maintain specified quality parameters of compounded oil, monitoring and maintaining pressure not lower than a predetermined minimum value in an oil pipeline with high-viscosity oil when pumping viscous oils into a stream of high-viscosity oils for compounding, accounting of amount of oil sent to the consumer along the common main line and amount of high-viscosity oil.
