FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of automation and can be used in pipeline transport for compounding of high-sulfur oil flow by pumping sulfuric oil during oil transfer from several pipelines to common pipeline, through which mixture of oil is transported to consumer. Automated system for compounding of sulphurous and high-sulfur oils contains at least two oil pipelines for pumping of different-grade oils. There is possibility of swelling of flow of sulphurous oil into flow of high-sulfur oil. Oil flow line of sulphurous oil is equipped with sulfur flow oil flow parameters measuring unit, flow meter, quality measurement unit, flow rate and pressure regulator. Flow meter, quality measurement unit and sulfur content analyzer are installed on oil pipeline for mixed oil. System comprises a control unit containing a controller and computing devices interconnected with a flow meter at a sulphurous oil pipeline and a flow meter at an oil pipeline for mixed oil. Sulfur oil flow meters information outputs and mixed oil flow rate, sour oil flow parameters measurement unit, sulfur content analyzer in mixed oil, quality measurement units are connected to control unit. Information output of the control unit can be influenced by the flow rate and pressure control flap. Control unit comprises, in order to compensate inertia of system and increase control efficiency of additional computing devices, ratio of flow of sulphurous oil to flow rate of mixed oil for determination of preset algorithm of required flow rate of flow of sulfur-bearing oil, at which content of sulfur and/or density equal to specified value will be provided on flow of mixed oil.
EFFECT: maintenance of preset indicators of quality of compound oil, control of pressure with maintenance of its not lower than specified in oil pipeline with sulphurous oil at pumping sulphurous oil into stream of high-sulfur oils for compounding, accounting for the amount of oil supplied to the consumer via a common line, and the amount of sulphurous oil.
