FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: process is carried out at a temperature of 410-420°C for 1.0-1.5 h in a sealed autoclave, in inert-gas blanket, tungsten carbide coarse powder with an average particle size of 4-9 mcm in the amount of 0.05 -5.0 wt % is used as a catalyst.
EFFECT: higher output of light fractions, formation of a small coke amount, preferred formation of diesel fraction, possibility of catalyst cyclic use without its regeneration, while maintaining the efficiency level of heavy oil stock fluid catalytic cracking process.
